Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of sitesbystephen.com (the "Site"), operated by SBS Digital LLC ("SBS Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), an Indiana limited liability company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Description of services
The Site is a marketing and informational website for SBS Digital's services, which include web design and development (Shopify, Wix Studio, and custom sites), email marketing (Klaviyo), automation, SEO, and lead generation systems for small businesses. Content on the Site describes our services generally and does not constitute a binding offer. Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements. Nothing on the Site guarantees any specific business outcome, revenue result, or performance metric.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, branding, page designs, and other materials, is owned by SBS Digital LLC unless otherwise noted and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, submit forms with false or misleading information, use automated tools to scrape or flood the Site, or use the Site to transmit malware or unsolicited communications. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBS Digital LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
